finally, the production of our last post from this year’s edition of dutch design week (click here for our full coverage) took us to the rooftop of a local department store, where you are here fashion store owner ellen albers’s fashion initiative modebelofte set up a truly stunning installation. playing on the theme of the “adaptive traveler”, the designers, all upcoming international talent (see hashtags for complete list), envisioned a future requiring each and everyone of us to look at and deal with the world on new terms through the prism of fashion. the results were both challenging and disturbing as highly esthetic and beautiful, uniting everything that fashion can be at its best. these are our favorite shots from a truly inspiring installation…
