the questions could not be any bigger: what is art? what is design? and where do they touch? the exhibition quiz2 – based on an idea by robert stadler, currently on display at luxemburg’s finest modern art museum mudam (through may 22), has no real interest in possible answers – but it sure loves to toy around with the questions.

pretty much a sequel to a 2013 show at nancy’s salle et galerie poirel, the exhibition presents dozens of objects which most certainly will challenge your understanding of both art’s and design’s boundaries and limitations. studio robert stadler‘s exhibition design only intensifies a sense of decontextualization with its large blue subspaces, which allude to the movies’ blue screen and its endless potential.

much like that, the objects invite you to change your own perspective – figuratively and quite literally. these are our favorite shots…
